Drawing back to straighten his spine, Oswald appears entirely nonplussed by Tim's reply and not the least bit displeased that he didn't get a open rise out of him. Sometimes, it's not about sparking a fight then and there, it's about planting seeds and seeing what grows.
"Oh, I'm sure that you would. A good, upstanding member of society like you," he takes a purposeful step back then, outside of Tim's personal space and reestablishing their distance as he smiles with faux serenity.
Holding the silence for a few moments, his stare thins a little and the smile tapering off slowly.
"Did you know that the melting point of silver is 1,763 fahrenheit? Whereas steel won't bend until at least 2,500."
