Not that seeing the eye would particularly mean anything to him, but he'd put up with all sorts of physical and mental tortures in his life. Enough to almost be sympathetic to people weaker to him like Pegasus here... He'd still kill him in a heartbeat, but he might let him run or have a last wish. Little things like that. ]
