I don't know what they've done, but it's sort of... Reset me? If that makes sense. Anything greater than a couple of miles is tiring, vertical is worse than horizontal. If I try to give myself a much greater distance, presuming something that will put me outside, I simply become disoriented and wind up a few feet away.
