Still, this was Duplicity, and he had a quota to fill. It'd be easier to get it over with early and not have to worry about it later in the month. Akutagawa wasn't particularly attracted to Jade, but as it was, he wasn't particularly attracted to anyone. He could count on one hands the number of times he'd found someone breathtaking, and it had never been about looks. Jade lacked the domineering personality that Akutagawa usually found attractive, but it wasn't as if beggars could be choosers.
