With Ahsoka, Luke, and a lesser extent Grogu, being the only Jedi Din has met. It certainly seems like the Mandalorians and Jedi have shared a similar fate. Din's never fought against Jedi, so he doesn't carry the same animosity that Bo-Katan might carry toward them. Din can only go off what he's experienced with them, and so far it's been mostly positive.
