In Val's defense, the last time they were together it only took a thought to will their clothing out of the way... or, one could argue that waiting out Kazu's hesitance the past year thoroughly exhausted his patience reserve and he deserves to make up for lost time.

Neither angle makes his urgency now any less amusing, though. Kazu chuckles softly into the kiss even as his fingers curl between skin and fabric, other hand mirroring the action on Val's other hip. He does have to break the kiss and sink to his knees to pull the leggings off, but he's going to have a little fun on the way down.

This has absolutely nothing to do with teasing. Obviously. See how he's still doing what you want, Val? It's just happening a little more slowly than the his partner might like, because he can't help pausing here and there to press kisses to Val's neck, shoulder, chest, stomach, then his hip and thigh once those are revealed. The most obvious bit of anatomy is passed over for now since, frankly, Kazu still doesn't really know his way around it, but once he's helped Val step out of the clothing he sits back on his heels and looks him over appreciatively.
