It's difficult not to give in to Floyd's demands usually, but for some reason he feels even more inclined than usual. Normally, that would be fine, but considering what had flashed through his head a moment ago he isn't entirely sure if that's a wise thing to suggest.

Of course they had discussed becoming a contracted pair, but... that was to avoid the unpleasantness of having to find someone else to live with. He can't even imagine Floyd having a roommate other than himself. Not even Azul. Why, their first sleepover among the three of them in their youth had almost cost Azul a tentacle from Floyd's nightly teeth grinding. Though trying to imagine some other poor unfortunate soul trying to escape the sea's ultimate clinger is rather amusing.
