[ he knows and he understands. even without a djinn wish to muddy things, his feelings for geralt are complicated. he's certain hers are more so. and though there was a time when he hated her for her connection with geralt, having gone through what they've gone through together has changed his opinion of her. thoughts of perhaps they can work things out together come to him, which he disregards for the moment. instead, he gives her hand another gentle squeeze, then lifts his cocoa to his mouth and takes a sip. ]

He doesn't remember what we do. In fact, I only recently awoke from a coma which saddled me with memories I hadn't had before.
