"Chris!" Hawke's eyes light right up at seeing a friendly face and he immediately strides over to... well he was going to give Chris a friendly slap on the back but there does seem to be a great deal of plumage in the way. So these are the wings he'd mentioned before. Impressive.

He puts his hands on Chris' shoulder, seizing him up. There's wear there, more than was before, but there will be time for that sort of catching up later. He'll enjoy just being happy to see his friend for now.
