The momentary hesitation was definitely noticed. Thank god he didn't stop - Lilia would've complained, shifted and begged for more. When his hand continues, Lilia hears the small appreciative hum, deciding to try something- a small nip against Noctis' bottom lip, right as he decides to pull back from it.

Panting softly, Lilia brings his hand up to rest the back of it against his mouth, trying to hide some of his panting.

As Noctis resumes that movement inside him with his fingers, Lilia focuses completely on the feeling, his eyes half closed as he lets out a small moan behind his hand, his face flushed. That flush travels up, all the way to the tops of his pointed ears, making it all too clear how into this he was.
