[Rook can't help but imagine Azul momentarily in Izuku's place right now, stunned and disgusted, bewildered over the terms they're being thrust into without so much as a warning, let alone informed consent. It's hardly a fair contract, is it? Let alone one that deserves to stand up in court. They're forced to sign their rights away under duress, obligated by compulsory citizenship of a land they don't belong to, whose laws they shouldn't be bound to follow.
Even on the off-chance that their hosts actually do succeed in their research, find what they're looking for, figure out how to use it successfully..... what then? Will the LIERs be the first ones who get tested on? Will the experiment spread to the rest of the populace, somehow? How? Why? Has Duplicity's government actually funded and legalized their research, whether they realize the full scope of it or not? And if their hosts figure out a way to proceed with their research, to forcibly purify human nature..... what does that mean for the contract system they're all bound by?]

I hope you'll remember in the meantime that discretion is the better part of valor. Your social standing and strength of heart are both resources you don't want to waste, fighting battles that won't change anything. What will you do if you're too exhausted and beaten down to act when you're needed most? Or if you're being watched too closely to act as freely as you need to?
