Eggsy still moves into the touch, at least as much as he can, even with as brief as each touch is right now. Quentin's hand is on him, but it's not enough, and he keeps taking it away again. Still, Eggsy can't find any other friction, because Quentin still keeps him from it; his pleasure is reliant on the other man's touch, both teasing and promising.

He groans, maybe a bit at the words because he likes them, but just as much at Quentin's hand on him, tight and slow.
