It's not quite a taboo, 'n people still do it--y'know in secret 'n all--but it's not the sorta thing you'd wanna go 'round making formal by exchanging money for it. And Submissives aren't technically able to spend their money at all without some Dominant's ok.
So trying to sell sex, you'd have a problem on both sides. But sex therapy--that makes things a little different. Sometimes there's really no sex in it at all, just talk.
