[ Well, Stephen hasn't exactly been mentioning and asking about the things he sensed. Probably because it doesn't really come up all that often. Also, Judar's aware of how different his world interprets and follows things, and how complicated it could seem to an outside party. ]
It's what we call it. It's sort of like a corruption... So there's the normal energy, that follows the natural flow of the world, whether it's good or bad. We put it in the same line as how fate flows, which is just the progression. Depravity is going against that, and refusing to follow that flow. Sometimes it's staying still, going back, or just wanting to destroy it all for the way you want. There's more involved, and the ways how someone falls to it, or reacts under it, really is... a lot.
So what I had them fix was the curse that kept pushing and keeping it active. Seeing as I've absorbed hundreds of loose depraved souls, I'll never really be completely normal, but without the curse actively fighting any attempts at progress, I can probably get to a more balanced state.
[ Yet there's a tone in Judar's voice that seems to come with the expectation that it wouldn't make much sense to the sorcerer. ]
