"Let me amend that then, I would love to know everything you are willing to tell me," Tim smirks. It doesn't actually address what Edward was saying about wanting to know everything but honestly if the man wanted to sit down and tell him every detail that he knew, every little fact. He would sit and he would at least listen.

Not that he's really want to hear all of it but you never know what he might learn or what Ed might let slip.
