"While the word wasn't good, it was the placement," Tim indicates a band across his face, centre over his eyes. "I couldn't talk to anyone without it being all they could stare at. I didn't want to spend the rest of my time here with no one ever making eye contact again. Always staring at the word instead"

The fact that it said STALKER wasn't a great thing either. An eye is an eye, it wasn't painful to lose and Tim has mostly gotten used to it now.

Still, Nygma was never the worse of Batman's rogues and had attempted rehabilitation with a genuine want to be different. Tim will keep an eye on the man still he's sure but there's no reason to provoke him. He did give Poison Ivy the same choice when they met here.
