Honestly, the most disturbing part of this part of the whole ordeal is that he hasn't been able to coax his clothing to him. Yes, on principle, he really shouldn't, but it's simply that nothing about any of this is regular, and he is quite certain that the powers that be, namely his side of said powers, do not want him here playing silly social games when there is about to be a war on, and he was summoned for said war and on his way thanks to a certain ill-timed visit by a confusing and rather horridly rude man.
Ask Me About My Obsession with Books! Obsession. Strong word that, and totally inaccurate. He loves books. He does not obsess. Angels do not obsess. Sighing to himself, he picks his way gingerly over the floor barefoot with clipboard and pen in hand. He'll play along for now since he can't leave. Maybe in the process he'll figure out what this is all about. If it's a joke, it's in very poor taste. Extremely poor.
The Long Way Around
Thank Heaven that ridiculous mixer is over. He has his proper clothing and some of his abilities returned to him. He is still unable to find his way out of this place, which is beyond disconcerting, not that he's allowing it to show. The timing of all of this is odd and the place as well, like Earth yet not in many ways.
As he's strolling down the avenue getting his bearings, he's suddenly spritzed directly in the face by a smiling woman holding an atomizer. Sputtering and waving his hands, he says in an extremely put upon tone, "Now, see here! There's no call for that." He wipes his eyes and blinks away the fog.
Well, it's not the most unpleasant of scents, he supposes. Still, after all that has happened to him so far, it's a bit much. She could have asked.
((OOC: You're welcome to pick among citrus, strawberry-vanilla, and cinnamon-pear for the scents for this prompt.))
Wildcard
((OOC: If you'd like to hit me with a different prompt, feel free. All I ask is that for now I'm going easy on Aziraphale with breaking him into the more salacious aspects of Duplicity, so please nothing that would alter his behavior. If you want your character to hit on him, that's fine!))
