[Blue blood, Thirium 310, the reason Elijah Kamski was able to make his androids so life-like. Much like human blood, thirium circulates energy and electrical information through the bodies of Cyberlife androids. It also means that they can be hurt and bleed like humans, too. He doesn't realize she's studying him though, too lost in his own thoughts that are comparing himself unfavorably to these blade runners she's talking about.
