[ This isn't the most comfortable spot, and it'll only get even more uncomfortable the longer they're here. Poe has the impression that Rey wouldn't necessarily care too much at this point, even if she ended up with a few bruises because of it, but the fact that she's taking a breath to consider it and agree to the idea gives him the breathing space he needs to realize that they should. Overly impatient, impulsive fucking on the kitchen counter is great and all, but she's new to this, he wants it to be good for her. And if she's going to be sore at all in the morning, he wants it to be a reminder of the pleasure that came before those sore muscles, not of the cold, unforgiving flat surface that they made use of for this. And, admittedly, he likes the idea of having her splayed out in his bed, just like this, flushed and eager and demanding.

It's not a difficult proposition. Though it might be a little awkward that his arousal will be rubbing up against her the whole way it's not all that difficult to carry her if she'll cooperate. He just has to shift his grip onto her lower back, tugging her forward until she's up off the counter, and then using the leverage of the back of her thighs to hold her tight against him. If she wants to walk on her own, he'll let her, but there's nothing necessarily wrong with him carrying her the whole way either, is there? It means he can kiss her in the meantime, and she's still free to use her hands as long as her legs are wrapped around him.

Clearly she's not used to letting words roll off her tongue while she's preoccupied like this, which has him feeling more than slightly curious. ]

Have you done this before? [ He's murmuring in her ear, not bothering to specify what part of 'this' he's talking about. It could mean a lot of things. For that matter she could decide not to answer him at all, but he naturally tends to say whatever comes to mind when he's thoroughly distracted.

He's not going to judge, it's not apprehension in his own, only that curiosity that comes from a place of wanting to understand her, to give him a better idea of what she's bringing into this. ]
