After a very confusing and invasive (by her standards) processing, Ainslie suffers the uncomfortable limo ride to the highrise where she'll apparently be living. It seems to take forever to get to her flat, with the chill from frozen sidewalk and tile floors in the lobby biting through her skin just as much as the wind. A paper gown, while mostly modest enough for Ainslie's delicate sensibilities, does not protect from a stiff breeze. On top of all that, her dress has not been returned to her yet, so by the time there's a knock at her door, she's well and truly agitated.
The greeting that her tour guide receives is as cold as the air outside, and whoever has been assigned as Ainslie's tour guide will hear her voice call through the door:
"I am not walking around the city in a paper sack."

[ When Ainslie notices the reflections and their lack of clothing, the lack of covering on her own reflection is particularly distressing. She doesn't say anything about it, but averts her gaze and tries to angle her body in such a way that her reflection doesn't show anything too compromising. No glimpse between her legs, no nipples.
Of course that doesn't guarantee her a pass from being gaped at or ogled. As soon as she sees anyone looking too closely at her reflection she clears her throat primly and speaks up: ]
If you don't mind, I would rather you afford me the same degree of privacy I'm giving you.

Ainslie hasn't decided yet whether she wants to participate in ice skating or not. On the one hand, she has availed herself of the opportunity to change into more weather-appropriate attire; her only options prior were the wedding dress she arrived in or the paper gown she had to endure until her dress was returned.
(Does she care to keep the wedding dress? Will she be able to return home, where she'll likely have need of it again? It doesn't seem likely that it'll be necessary if she's stuck here for good.)
If she's encountered in the dressing rooms, she will be contemplating the skates, and whether or not to don them. If not, she will be found later on simply observing the skaters from the sidelines, skates held loosely in her hands as a reminder to herself to return to the dressing room and continue pondering the relative utility of a wedding dress that cost more than a new car back home.
