Octavia might have volunteered for the tour, but she was still expecting it to suck. There's no way to soften the blow of "you've been kidnapped by a city that monitors your every move" and even if there was, there's enough lying going on around here without her adding to it.
She's distracted by the crowds and the paper in her hands, looking through the list of places where they have to go (maybe with alcohol to get them through it), until she looks up at her assignment and realizes his face is a familiar one.
She doesn't expect him to remember because most people don't, but Octavia goes from barely paying any mind to her assignment to looking a little amazed by the sight of him. And thankfully, she's keeping her gaze focused on his face.
"Harry?"
If nothing else, please just be Harry. She's been missing him and Hermione for longer than she even knew them.
"You're back - do you remember...? More importantly, are you okay?"
