Wesley tilts his head back to the same crook of Q's neck as he was burying his face in a moment before. He stills, breathing in as Q tells him to and then lets it out slowly as the man starts to push inside him. There's that flash of discomfort for a few seconds, followed immediately by the hot heat of intensity that isn't yet good or bad, surprising still, and yet so very careful...
