[Noah and the worm sway back and forth in Blue's grasp. It's like shaking a rug. He's so horrified—and happy—to see her he just lets it happen.

At least from the outside it looks something like discipline.

Then she's squeezing him and he manages to fold his arms around her, hug her back almost as tight, and presses his face against the top of her head.]
