Jace laughed a little. "No. Some of them are not. Most of the powerful ones need to be activated though. Prevents accidents, supposedly." He blinked a little, and then glanced down, grimacing as he remembered he was showing off, well, everything. He blushed a little, even if he wasn't sure why. "Uh. Thanks."

The question made Jace stumble for a second. "Alec and I? Uh. No. No way. It's... forbidden. Parabatai can't be. Not like he'd ever want to. We were raised like brothers," Jace added. He said nothing about his own wants, however, pressing his lips together. Why the fuck was he just blurting things out?
