Conner watches him, looking down at Krypto when he whined and then back at Bart. "I don't know if I should hope for that," he admits. "It seems like they're better off if they're not here." Conner considers. "Maybe this is where they send people they think are dangerous." It would make a little sense for Conner, after what he'd done with Cadmus controlling him. But if there's other Dick Graysons here, then not as much. Unless whoever was making the decisions about who was dangerous or not did it based on who they wanted out of the way.
Conner's skin is all but invulnerable, the rain takes a little longer to do anything noticeable to him. But he might not recognize what it does as quickly either, so if there's a little flush to his cheeks, it's not something Conner's really realized yet. "The rain's not always like this? I just thought it must have be a byproduct of some kind of toxic atmosphere or bio-incident," Conner says absently, looking up at the rain as if he might figure it out by peering at it.
