Using his grip on her hair he pulls her up, forcing her to scramble to her feet or feel the pain on her scalp. His right hand wrapped itself around her neck. A woman's neck was so thin, so fragile. Whenever he has a hand around a woman's neck there is an arousing thought of how easy it would be to simply squeeze.

For now, he just uses his grip on her to push her back, unsteadily thrusting her onto the bed behind her. He pushed her back until her legs caught on the foot of the bed and a little further still, until her center of balance was too far back to stay on her feet. He dangled her there, over the bed, her weight suspended just by her hair and neck. Of course, his previous order had not yet been rescinded...
