It smells good, and it's relatively dry. As soon as he's seated, he takes off the rain jacket and hangs it over the back of the chair. Like Luke had said, the food doesn't look all that expensive, so he supposes that gives him some options.

As much as he's loathe to admit the need to play along, he's going to have to earn money. Depending on exactly what the work entails, something like that would suit him too.
