He sure is. For now, anyway. Making out with Val is familiar enough that Kazu is comfortable relying on instinct, shifting his weight to more appropriate places as his partner squirms under him. Their hips rock together gently and his free hand caresses Val's side, but the fact is he's not nearly as confident as he's acting. This is about as far as they went before Val shifted, last time... they're rapidly approaching uncharted territory for Kazu.

Instructions probably wouldn't be amiss, soon, but for now he's just going to draw out the foreplay by exploring a bit. When the kiss breaks he drags his lips along the line of Val's jaw and down his neck, sucking a mark over his pulse. Both his hands are wandering now, tracing every angle and curve of muscle on Val's torso.
