Juno's nose has been broken more than once in the past, there's a scar through his left eyebrow, and his right eye is cybernetic. He's not about to judge anyone for their scars and he reached out to touch her skin, to help her get her bra off.

Then it's back to his clothing, to detach the holster and the gun, because after that point he's happy to let her pull off his t-shirt, and he's happy to reach for her own clothing and peel it off to touch the pale skin underneath.
