Gaku shook his head and raised a hand to indicate he's been misunderstood.

"No, it's a small price to pay. I love my work. Have you ever made somebody smile just by doing what you love? It's honestly the highest thrill. I made it sound bad."

With a sigh, Gaku took a sip of his alcohol.

"I already miss it. At least I felt useful."
