Yes, that is true. The unfortunate side is that you could put someone into the position of being a Submissive that already has too many problems with their lives, and in doing so could greatly damage them... mentally, emotionally, as well as physically, depending on their state. [Like, say, Makoto here, who has anxiety and self-esteem problems in spades.]

... Or put them into a situation just as bad as it was back at home. I think, in that case, I would almost prefer all of us be brought in as Dominants. At least then the rest of us can punish those that would treat people poorly and be on the right side of the law for it. According to their rules, at least.
