[That is an interesting conundrum, though. Makoto's rather gung-ho about just wanting to go and Fight The System, that the idea it could be what the people in the town actually want... that would make it democratic, wouldn't it? Of course, no system is going to appeal 100% to every single individual, and that's why a majority consensus is the best way to represent large groups of people like... nations, or even cities.

It doesn't matter. It's hurting people, and encourages harming people. [There's a very strong conviction there.] It may be what they're used to, but it's not something I'm going to adhere to.
