the only thing that seems to give away the fact that he's not as familiar as he seems to be is that his eyes are sharp, staring, lingering way longer on certain people than they should, long enough that it's piercing, almost, even without making eye contact. but on the off-chance that he's been caught staring, looking a little bit too hard in places that he shouldn't be, there's a slight crinkle to the hard edges of tenn's eyes, the way he lifts his chin slightly, pulls down his scarf to at least show that he's smiling, to acknowledge that he's been caught staring.

he doesn't say anything else, otherwise.

but maybe he does, after a deliberate pause and a small smirk, turn his face away to look outside of the window of the train, to look at the scenery passing outside, the disparity between the districts as the train passes between the up and the down. ]

it's not difficult to find him, in the centre of the bar, sitting on a bar stool looking out at the other people around him, one of his legs crossed delicately over the other, propping his chin up with one of his hands.
