He ordered Gavin one of what Juno was having, a whiskey with quite a bit of kick to it.

"Maybe foundation, then, to go the other way. Seems like there should be something. Can't change people like that. They'll see it, probably even make a judgement based on it. Here, it might be the same judgement as elsewhere, but there's no point in pretending something else."
