I don't know of anything specifically banning them from being part of the law enforcement, but I also wouldn't be surprised at all if there was." Or even if it was just a silent rule. Most of the native Submissives probably wouldn't bother, and he doesn't think many of the new arrivals would want anything to do with that system.
